WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me through support or the chat within 2 weeks of the delivery date. I can help to arrange a label for return and answer any questions you may have. Buyers are typically responsible for paying return shipping.
DO YOU TAKE CANCELLATIONS?
Cancellations for most orders must be inquired about within 24 hours of the purchase. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please contact support above, or use the chat below. Thank you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I accept most credit cards/debit cards such as VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and more. I also accept PayPal. If you wish to use a different method, contact me and I'll see what could be done.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Outer Rim eGift Cards can be found in my shop and are available for purchase at many amounts. They also never expire, so you can feel safe with your purchase.
HOW DO I DECAL A MINIFIGURE?
When using my waterslide decals, follow along the inside of the border lines and cut closely to the printed area. You can do this by using an X-ACTO Knife or precise scissors. To put the decals on, use Micro Set solution to allow the decal to stick to the surface of the parts. For more information, please feel free to contact me. :)
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! I often take custom orders and commissions for items I don't have readily available, whether it be a custom minifigure, 3D printed object, or simply an item from Galaxy's Edge. Contact me via chat or support anytime with your idea, and I'll see what I can do!
DO YOU HAVE CARE SUGGESTIONS?
Yes. For decaled figures, I try to make them as poseable as I can. Though I normally sand hips to make them as posable as I can, I've been having issues lately. For the time being, hips will not be sanded, and thus I would not recommend moving the legs forward beyond being vertical with the torso. Most available Galaxy's Edge items come with instructions. WHEN ARE YOU NEXT GOING TO GALAXY'S EDGE FOR ITEMS?
For items from Galaxy's Edge, I have a sort of reservation system. Pickup and shipping dates occur approximately once per week. Here are the current reserved item pickup dates:
